Refund policy

It is Hazel & Bee's responsibility to get flowers to you in good condition. They should match the description on the website (or in our discussions via email). In the event that flowers are delivered to you in poor condition or are damaged, or have arrived later than the time discussed (for example, the order was placed for Mother's Day but arrives a few days late) please contact us. We will discuss, offer to rectify and refund if necessary.
